Hello Skiers and Boarders,
Cold overnight temperatures and a party cloudy day kept our snow in prime winter condition. Although much of the mountain was open yesterday including a late start for the Sherwood Lift, we found plenty of powder to disturb and lots of good cut up soft snow to ski. We found a number of lines on Sherwood this morning as well as on Lakeview when it first opened.
There was soft snow in Gentian Gully and on Promised Land and excellent cut up powder in Scott Chute and on Juniper Face. Many people were hiking to Keyhole Slopes and way out to Poma Rocks and beyond. Access to this was a very long traverse through Low Beaver Bowl.

A photo taken in the Sherwood area is attached.
Enjoy your day,
Andy
