Here are a few photos from opening day at Alpine. Kangaroo opened promptly at 9 with about ten other people in line. While there were no festivities, Mountain Hosts did hand out California Express beanies. The one and only run (Kangaroo Main Run) was fast and smooth for the first couple of runs, but did get a little firm later on.
